春季港展结束后,我马不停蹄地去了国外出差几天,途中一直在对港展见闻进行自我总结,详见《香港25春展之后的思考》,还没等回到国内,我便做出了FundStonePak转型为珠宝包装研发中心和品牌共创中心的规划,并宣布将严格控制FundStonePak®本身的直接客户数量,只服务五个核心客户,一是确保 “小而美” 的团队能为每一个合作伙伴提供极致的定制化服务,更重要的是避免将来在市场上与其他兄弟品牌的竞争。
我们的团队对这个决定充满信心,执行力更是超乎我的预期。短短两天,我们就完成了研发中心和品牌共创中心的官网建设,并迅速完成了三个内部孵化独立包装品牌的团队组队。
决定作出,执行落地,让我有了更深层次的感悟,也让我更坚定了自己的判断:
我们不再只是供应商,而是赋能者。
我始终坚信:珠宝,是承载情感的艺术品,而包装,理应成为这个故事的第一章。可现实是,大多数珠宝包装仍然只是一个简单的容器,缺乏个性、缺乏品牌力。更重要的是,很多有才华的包装设计师、销售精英、供应链专家,甚至有志于这个行业的创业者,都找不到属于自己的成长路径,更别说拥有自己的品牌。

Right after the Spring Hong Kong Jewellery Show, I embarked on an overseas business trip, using my time on the road to reflect on my observations and insights from the event. My thoughts are detailed in Reflections on the 2025 Hong Kong Spring Show. Even before returning home, I made a decisive move—to reposition FundStonePak® as a Jewelry Packaging R&D Center and a Brand Co-Creation Hub. Along with this transformation, I announced that FundStonePak® would strictly limit its direct client base to just five core partners. This ensures that our "small yet refined" team delivers exceptional, tailor-made services, while also preventing potential competition with other allied brands in the future.
Our team embraced this decision with confidence, and their execution exceeded my expectations. In just two days, we launched the official websites for the FundStonePak® R&D Center and the FundStonePak® Brand Co-Creation Hub, and internally incubated three independent packaging brands.
This rapid transformation deepened my convictions and reinforced my judgment:
We are no longer just suppliers — we are enablers.
I have always believed that jewelry is an art form that carries deep emotions, and packaging should be the very first chapter of that story. Yet, in reality, most jewelry packaging remains a mere container—lacking personality, branding, and emotional connection.
More importantly, many talented packaging designers, sales professionals, supply chain experts, and aspiring entrepreneurs struggle to find a clear career path in this industry—let alone create their own brands.
