A PakTogether Certified Supplier is a trusted partner committed to collaborative production, low-MOQ flexibility, and reliable quality. They meet our standards and actively support the PakTogether co-ordering model.
PakTogether Certified Supplier Selection Criteria
To ensure quality, reliability, and collaborative efficiency, all manufacturers joining the PakTogether Co-Creation Program must meet the following standards
Basic Qualifications
Business License
Legally registered company with valid business and export licenses (domestic or international).
Factory Capacity
At least one dedicated production line for jewellery packaging, with stable workforce.
Quality Control
Internal QC procedures in place; must be able to provide pre-shipment inspection reports.
Delivery Record
Proven experience supplying to domestic or international brands, with no major quality or delivery disputes.
Product & Service Capabilities
MOQ Flexibility
Willing to support low minimum order quantities (e.g., 200 pcs per client) through shared production.
Batch Customization
Ability to produce a single box model for multiple clients, each with a different logo.
Sample Documentation
Must provide high-resolution product images, material specs, box structure diagrams, color options, and logo placement references.
Sampling Efficiency
Able to complete custom samples (with client logo) within 5–7 working days.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
Cooperation Mindset
Understands the shared MOQ model and is committed to a collaborative service approach.
Brand Transparency
Agrees to allow product photos and factory information to be featured in PakTogether marketing and platform content.
Design Capabilities
Has in-house design or product development team to create seasonal or trend-driven packaging collections.
Sustainability (Bonus)
Preference given to manufacturers with experience in FSC paper, recycled PU, biodegradable adhesives, etc.
